When does the clock start?
When I have your payment, your draft or notes, and your answers to the three questions. Briefs that arrive on a Friday evening or at the weekend start on Monday.
What if my document is longer?
Choose the nearest product and tell me in the brief. I'll confirm any extra cost before starting. Often the best version of a long document is a shorter one, so it's worth a conversation.
What do I need to send?
Whatever you've got: a rough draft, bullet notes, an old CV, a job advert, photos of handwritten notes, or a voice recording for memoir chapters.
Will my content stay confidential?
Yes. Your files are only used to make your document and are deleted 30 days after delivery. I'm happy to sign an NDA.
What do I get back?
An editable file (Word, PowerPoint or Google Docs and Slides) plus a PDF.
What if I'm not happy?
One round of edits is included. If it still doesn't tell your story, I'll redo it or refund you. Just tell me within 7 days of delivery.
